You can import a skill from another source and ask Tilt Agent to revise it in chat. Tilt saves each revision as a new version of your Personal Skill.

1. Review the source

Import skills only from sources you trust. Read the instructions and any scripts before importing, especially anything that requests credentials, sends data, or changes another system. The Claude for Financial Advisors repository includes a skills/pre-meeting folder for preparing advisor meetings. It uses Claude-specific tools and agents, so it will need changes before you use it in Tilt.

2. Import the skill

Download the repository and compress only the skills/pre-meeting folder as a ZIP. The ZIP must contain SKILL.md at its root or inside one top-level folder. Do not compress the whole repository. Open Settings > Skills, select Import ZIP, and choose the archive. Tilt validates the ZIP and saves the imported Personal Skill. Open it to inspect the files.

3. Ask Tilt Agent to adapt it

In a new chat, ask Tilt Agent to read and update the imported skill:
Review the updated files in Settings > Skills, then try the skill with a non-sensitive example:
Check that the brief uses the supplied facts, flags missing information, and does not take action on the client’s behalf. Personal Skills are visible only to you.
