Use Tilt Agent to investigate a question across your book, prepare for a client meeting, or repeat a review. For model portfolios, account setup, optimization, and proposal decisions, start with the Advisor workflows.

Before you start

Open Settings > Guidance Packs and install Advisor. Choose the advisor organization you want to work in. The results depend on the clients, accounts, holdings, portfolios, and reports available to that organization. Ask Tilt Agent to name missing or stale data.

Organize chats around the work

You do not need one permanent chat per client. Keep a book-wide review in its own chat. For a client, use one chat for a review or decision and continue there while you investigate, revise, and finish that work. Start a new chat when you move to another client or an unrelated decision. Name the client and account in the first request. If you do not know the exact record, ask Tilt Agent to list clients and accounts in the selected advisor organization. If a name matches more than one record, choose the intended one before continuing. When you return to an older chat, ask Tilt Agent to refresh the account state and show the dates of the data it used. The earlier messages are a record of the work, not a live client file.

Triage the book

Start a new chat and choose Daily briefing. Tilt Agent uses the latest completed advisor report or starts today’s calculation. Review the report date, coverage, and attention accounts before following an exception. Ask a follow-up in the same chat:
If today’s briefing is still being calculated, return to it before treating older results as current. For a broader check of account setup, holdings freshness, and the proposal queue, review your advisor book.

Prepare a client review

Start a client-focused chat, or continue the chat for that client’s current decision. Give Tilt Agent the client and account you mean:
Use the answer as a working brief. Add the client’s goals or meeting notes if you want Tilt Agent to consider them; ask it to distinguish those inputs from account data in Tilt. Continue in the same chat to examine a surprising holding, compare the account with its target, or revise the brief. After the meeting, provide your notes and ask for a draft recap and follow-ups to review. If the review leads to a rebalance, review the account and its proposal before any trade decision.

Repeat a useful review

Ask Tilt Agent to repeat a review on a schedule when you want ongoing coverage. Specify the organization, scope, time zone, and when it should post a result. Create an automation in chat, then use Run now in Automations to inspect a representative result and edit the assignment before relying on future runs. If you use a review format repeatedly, ask Tilt Agent to turn it into a Personal Skill. Keep the client’s current facts in the chat; use the skill for the questions, structure, and safeguards you want to reuse.

Open advisor dashboards

Ask Tilt Agent to open the Advisor Dashboard to inspect practice holdings, exposure, and the latest saved book report. Client Portfolio shows the advised accounts shared by linked client households; a client appears after their household grants access and connects a brokerage. These dashboards stay in Library > Scripted Artifacts. Select Reload to run a dashboard again. Use Daily briefing for today’s book review; the dashboards do not save the preceding chat review.
